I love the preview videos in the plan so you can check your form and learn more exercises. You can tell the app what you're looking for and it'll generate a workout plan for you. The recovery score and the sleep score are pretty useful to figure out how hard I should work out today.

It is a great app that lets you customize the workouts, and so much more. If you want to upper body one day, you can just generate your workout with an easy command. Very easy to use. Provides detailed instructions with multiple videos that are readily available. Great ROI.

Saga writes a plan against your specific goal. No templates, no experience-level buckets. The plan adapts as you log, and the coach is there in chat when you want reasoning or a plain-language change. Most apps either log what you bring or pick from a library. Saga writes the plan and tracks it against the outcome you care about.
The free tier is three workouts plus a chat trial, so you can stress-test the coach before paying. Subscribers get unlimited workouts, full chat access for revising the plan, schedule changes, and the accountability features.
Saga works in SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. That covers a target body composition, a personal record in the gym, a sport-specific goal, or just building a healthier routine. You name the goal, the coach frames it in the SMART format and writes a plan to get you there.
